Summary:
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, including helping with recruitment, coordinating performance reviews, assisting with employee engagement activities, and ensuring smooth HR operations. They will also help make sure that company policies and practices follow UAE labor laws and internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities:
Daily duties may include the following activities:
 
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor law requirements.
  • Draft HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, etc.) and maintain HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and supplies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensure all pre-employment documentation and background checks are completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or manual systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of personal and employment data.
  • Support the performance management appraisal cycle.
  • Coordinate goal setting, review meetings, and performance tracking.
  • Process leave requests and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Provide necessary inputs to the finance/payroll team (attendance, leaves, new hires, bank details, etc.).
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills enables effective communication and the management of sensitive issues. Availability for government entity visits is also ensured if necessary.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical integrity.
  • Must hold valid UAE light vehicle driving license
