Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid background in the construction industry to oversee end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing skilled and unskilled labour, as well as professional and technical staff. Fluency in Hindi and Urdu is essential. A CIPD qualification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles (engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, site managers, HSE, support functions) and blue-collar roles (skilled trades, labourers, operators, technicians).
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for construction talent using job boards, social media, referrals and direct sourcing.
- Conduct bulk and high-volume hiring for site-based roles as required.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers, project teams, and site supervisors to understand manpower requirements.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and site-based hiring activities.
Candidate Management
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in Hindi and Urdu, particularly for blue-collar recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labour laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage offer letters, contracts, onboarding documentation, and background checks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering industry in UAE.
- Demonstrated experience hiring both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
- Strong knowledge of construction roles, skill requirements, and labour markets.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Hindi or Urdu
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD qualification (Level 3, 5, or above) preferred.
- Experience with ATS and HR systems.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour laws and construction workforce regulations.
